I am thrilled with the results of the distance toric lens replacement Paul Ursell fitted in January. At the first consultation, Paul explained the options very clearly, he was very supportive and I felt confident with the agreed procedure. I am delighted with the result and am seeing better than I have in years. It is so wonderful to be free of contact lenses and glasses. I wholeheartedly recommend Paul and his team, specially his secretary Karen who always responded so swiftly to my emails.

From the moment I arrived at Ashtead Hospital for my first consultation I was looked after extremely well. At every step of the way there were people to answer my questions and I was made to feel cared for. A great experience from start to finish. Mr Ursell was helpful, kind and informative throughout my treatment from consultations to the operating theatre. I was nervous about the cataract procedure but all the staff made me feel at ease and Mr Ursell talked me through as he was operating. I now have perfect long distance vision in the operated eye. I had the cataracts in both eyes done in operations 3 weeks apart, new long distance lens were fitted in both eyes. The operations went very smoothly with no adverse effects, recovery was virtually painless and the sight in both eyes is now excellent. Throughout the whole process Dr Ursell and his Team were very professional and reassuring I would definitely recommend his services. Extremely happy with the service provided.
